Inventory Assistant

Anticipated start date: October 2022

Pay: 15/hour

POSITION SUMMARY:
Hello Adorn is seeking a full time Inventory Assistant. This individual will work directly with the Inventory Manager to support the inventory and forecasting team while modeling and maintaining our brand’s culture and values.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

Manage raw materials
  • Unpack, organize and stock raw materials 
  • Report to inventory lead when inventory is low
Manage completed inventory
  • Restock finished pieces in fulfillment (i.e. rings, necklaces, sizers, etc.)
  • Count and verify completed inventory from volume makers
Execute work orders for makers
  • Send biweekly work orders to volume makers
  • Prepare weekly work orders for in house makers, production assistants and interns
  • Make updates to work orders as products are added and changed
Retail Store Assistance
  • Stock best sellers at the retail store weekly
  • Maintain retail store inventory and orders
Returns and Exchanges
  • Unpack returns/exchanges from fulfillment, clean the pieces and put item back into inventory

 

MUST-HAVES:

  • High School Diploma
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience with Excel Spreadsheets (preferred)
  • High level of accountability
  • Ability to manage priorities and adapt accordingly
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Capable problem solver
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a cross-functional team member  

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The Inventory Assistant will be working in-studio, in an open collaborative space with their own desk space.
