How do I care for my jewelry?

Storage:
Store your jewelry, especially sterling silver, in an air-tight container when not being worn. Oxygen, moisture and other chemicals are what will tarnish or dull metals. If you’re not going to be wearing a piece for awhile, don’t leave it sitting out. A small ziplock bag works great!

Tangles:
To help prevent tangles, make sure all clasps are closed before storing.

Chemicals:
Avoid prolonged exposure in chlorine, pools, hot tubs and spas.

To clean, gently shine with a Sunshine Polishing Cloth (for 14kt Gold Fill + Sterling Silver) or a 3M Pro Polish Pad (for Sterling Silver).

We only work with the highest quality precious metals: 925 Sterling Silver + 14kt Gold Fill. So you can wear your pieces everyday, forever.

Is your jewelry nickel free?

Yes. We use .925 Sterling Silver, 14kt Gold Fill, and 14kt Rose Gold Fill. All of these metals are nickel-free.

What is 14k Gold Fill?

14kt Gold Fill is a thick layer of solid 14kt gold that is heat and pressure bonded to a center core of high quality jeweler’s brass. With proper care, 14kt gold fill will last just as long as solid 14kt gold. Gold-filled pieces can still tarnish, but it takes special circumstances for that to happen. Pure gold doesn’t tarnish, so the thick layer of 14kt gold on gold-filled pieces prevents tarnishing.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What do I do?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Order and shipping confirmation emails are sent with every order. If you don't see it in your spam folder, please email hello@helloadorn.com.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number when your order is fulfilled.

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

We hope you love the pieces you receive as much as we love creating them. However, you are always welcome to do an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery. Please reference our Returns/Exchanges page for details on how to initiate. Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for an exchange or return..

Does your jewelry have a warranty?

Yes! Our pieces have a 60 day warranty for all chain and clasp defects. Email us right away to coordinate a timely repair.

If it’s been more than 60 days, or it’s a different issue, please email us and we’ll work with you towards a solution.
